KIPMall Melaka, a community centric mall developed by the Sponsors has been in operations since 26 March 2014. KIPMall Melaka, which rests on a 380,310 sq ft land, is located in the Batu Berendam industrial area in Melaka. As at 30 September 2024, KIPMall Melaka has 119 tenancies and it continues to be a platform for local SMEs to expand their businesses within the locality for shoppers to enjoy a one-stop shopping destination. Currently, KIPMall Melaka is divided into several areas for, amongst others, retail lots, a supermarket, a food court, a fast-food restaurant and various promotion areas with an NLA of 198,518 sq ft.
