KIPMall Masai is the first “go-green” community centric mall that has been in operations since 25 January 2011. KIP REIT’s first photovoltaic system was installed on the rooftop of KIPMall Masai. KIPMall Masai, which rests on a 472,757 sq ft land, is located in Taman Bukit Dahlia, Pasir Gudang. As at 30 September 2024, KIPMall Masai has 211 tenancies and it continues to be a platform for local SMEs to expand their businesses within the locality for shoppers to enjoy a one-stop shopping destination.
