With plans to diversify the company’s retail-focused portfolio, KIP REIT’s portfolio also includes multiple industrial properties, which enhance diversification and bolster the resilience of its income stream. Among them are industrial assets in Pulau Indah (Port Klang), the Cheras Jaya industrial property, and the recently acquired industrial property in Bintulu, Sarawak – the latter making KIP REIT’s first asset in East Malaysia.
