- Execute 20-year service agreement with KJTS for comprehensive chiller plant upgrades, targeting 15% reduction in energy costs through enhanced energy efficiency
- Expand solar power capacity from 4.116 MWp to 4.549 MWp through strategic upgrades at KIPMall Tampoi and KIPMall Masai, strengthening renewable energy capabilities
- Invest in ServeDeck software to digitise operations, transforming paper-based workflows into streamlined online processes for enhanced efficiency

- Maintained 33.33% female representation on the Board of Directors and 66.67% female representation in senior management positions, upholding gender diversity commitments
- Issue the Occupational Health and Safety Policy for shopping mall operation
- Implemented flexible working hours policy to promote work-life balance and enhance employee satisfaction
- Introduced additional 2 days annual leave benefit for employees with over 2 years of service, recognising tenure and supporting employee retention initiatives
- Joined CEO Action Network, a collaborative platform of listed and major unlisted company CEOs driving collective ESG advancement and sustainable business practices across the corporate sector
